Full-time employees choose from one of several plans for medical, dental and vision insurance, including incredibly low employee costs for health care coverage, at 65 – 95% less than national and regional averages for similar plans. Our plans include telemedicine and wellness programs such as Healthy Pregnancies, Healthy Babies.

Ancillary Benefits

Great Hearts provides a $50,000 life insurance policy for full-time employees.  Choose to purchase additional life insurance, short term disability and long-term disability insurance.
